Who owns the Copyright?
Each prepared design proposal of a QUAXTER designer is his intellectual property and must not be copied or used, unless it is the winning design and the designer has received his prize money. In this case, the rights of the acquired design are transfered to the client by means of the generated contract in the Quaxter workflow, who from this moment on may use his new design. The operators of QUAXTER regularly check the contests for copyright infringements and will intervene in obvious cases of violation, however, they will not assume liability concerning this matter.
