Guidelines for contest holders
1. Completion of the QUAXTER briefing
Take your time and complete your QUAXTER briefing carefully in order to allow the designers to empathize with you. This way you get high-quality design proposals from the beginning.
2. Interactive participation in the development process
Take a targeted influence on the development process of your design. It is worthwhile in any case, as applies here: Projects will be of interest to designers, if they know what the counterpart wants. Don't hesitate to use the comment function from the beginning and write comments to individual designs in order to provide feedback for the designer. Update your rankings regularly, preferably several times a day! This way you point out, which designs appeal to you and which do not. The number and quality of the design proposals will increase dramatically. However, please note this: constructive criticism is important and appreciated, but always remain polite and respectful. QUAXTER designers work on a high level and possibly occuring misunderstandings can usually be resolved in a friendly and constructive manner.
3. Respect for the intellectual property of QUAXTER designers
... and here we come to a really important point! Of all the design proposals that you get until the end of the contest, only rights of the winning design will be passed to you. Besides the fact that you violate the Copyright and are liable to prosecution, if using other designs, it is also a matter of honor and an absolute principle of QUAXTER to preserve the intellectual property of QUAXTER designers. The QUAXTER concept will only work if one is adhering to these principles.
4. Designation of the contest winner and release of the prize money
In order to ensure a frictionless work for our designers, we ask you to designate a winner, latest 7 days after the contest has ended. In addition, we ask you to release the prize money for the designer as soon as possible after you have received the files. These steps are automated processes of QUAXTER, you will be asked to do so at the appropriate time. If you don't designate a winner for more than seven days after the contest has been ended , we will at this time either designate the design on rank 1 as winner or we will select a winner in all conscience, of which we think meets the asked requirements best. In the event that after having received the files for five days, you neither released the prize money nor wrote a message to the designer, we will automatically release the prize money.
