• Guaranteed payments to designers

  At QUAXTER, the payment of the agreed prize money isguaranteed. The widely spread practice that at the end of a project the client chooses no winner and designers remain on dry land, is not supported by QUAXTER. Clients pay the full prize money amount already when launching a project. QUAXTER then distributes that money to the winning designer after all the agreed file formats of the winning design have been uploaded. This gives designers the security of a legitimate request. And clients receive the money-back guarantee as security.

• Money-back guarantee for clients

  Depending on the type of project, clients receive a guaranteed minimum number of designs. If these are exceeded, you get the pre-paid prize money fully refunded. The transaction fees are not refundable, however. QUAXTER guarantees at least 10 designs in the field of web design, at least 10 designs in print design and at least 20 designs in the logo and corporate design. This means you are on the safe side in any case.

• Non binding price money recommendations

  At QUAXTER there is a minimum prize money of EUR 100, -. Experience shows that the prize money is significantly higher: logo: 250-400 EUR depending on the complexity, stationery: 150 - 300 EUR, web design: 600 EUR - 1200 EUR depending on the complexity, Ads: 300 - 600 EUR, Flyer: 300 - 600 EUR. It is best to gain an overview and then raise your prize money above the average. This shows the designer that for the client not only low cost is important but also a professional appreciation. Important: We are already at a low honorarium level. It pays out to be considerably more generous because the number of designs increases immediately, if a client indicates a special appreciation by paying a higher prize money.

• Prize money distribution to multiple winners

  The possibility of paying an appreciation prize also for the second rank is new at Quaxter. The client often decides on the last day of the project because several designers had a head-to-head race. Finally only one can win. In order that the sprint fighters do not come away empty-handed, it is now possible to also pay additional prize money for the ranks (maximum 9).

• Confidentiality completely secured

  Some clients do not want to make their own identity and content public for strategic or political reasons. Therefore there is a confidential mode. Confidential projects are visible only to designers who have agreed to a confidentiality agreement. In addition, there are other ways to ensure the confidentiality (NDA, neutral briefing double check and escrow service).

• Own NDA? Go on!

  Clients can optionally integrate their own specific text of a confidentiality agreement in the briefing. Designers who want to participate then print this out and send it to the client. He can then activate the designer for the project.

• Neutral briefing

  As additional security the client can prepare a neutral briefing, which shows not yet the brand or a specific business relation. Designers who have agreed on a confidentiality agreement, can then apply to the client, based on that neutral briefing. He activates his selection out of the applicants' crowd.

• Doublecheck

  As client "A" you can deposit the Trademark and the company of your project ("A") confidentially at QUAXTER. All designers who (may) participate in this project, are so marked in the database with "A ". If another client X deposites the same brands and corporate data, the designers marked with "A" will not be admitted parallel.

• Escrow service

  By using the escrow service you assign the Quaxter-Service in trust with the settlement of the contract. Invoice, payment, rights management and administration are made by Quaxter. You only focus on filling the ranking.
